New York in the ‘70’s/Postcript 9/11 opened on November 30, 2006 and ran through January 27, 2007 at The Bendheim Gallery in Greenwich, Connecticut. Tannenbaum’s studio portraits, nighttime flashes, and street photography paint a unique and often unseen picture of New York City.

Five Years From Ground Zero, an exhibit featuring many of the most memorable and award-winning photographs chronicling the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks, at the University of Arkansas at Fort Smith, September 2006. Allan Tannenbaum is among the photojournalists in the exhibition.

The exhibition was organized by Fort Smith resident Carmen Taylor, who photographed the second plane crashing into the south tower of the WTC on 9/11/2001.
